The NorthStar Operational Revenue Model TM is a proprietary methodology for assessing and planning how to profitabily deploy capital to generate revenue.  From a domain down to a process layer the NORM tool helps you assess, plan and execute specific activities such as accelerating revenue growth, raising capital, performing due dlligence, deploying sales & marketing resources among others.

 

  • Domains – these are the key structural components of how business are typically organized and that have a unique role in the revenue generation process.
  • Disciplines – each Domain is comprised of a systemic order of critical functions that must be managed. Currently there are 51 Disciplines.
  • Elementseach Discipline is comprised of discrete tasks that must be defined. There are over 250 Elements.
  • Processeseach Element is comprised of a defined set of specific activities that must be executed.  There are over 1000 Processes.
